The Agent will provide the Client with the following tour items, which make up the package:

1. Scheduled commercial jet transportation on American Airlines for all participants from the Dallas area to New York LaGuardia and return, including passenger luggage fees.

2. Luxury motorcoach transfers in New York per the itinerary, and an unlimited NYC Metro pass for everyone.

3. Three nights’ accommodation at the Millenium Hotel.

4. Meals to include dinner at John’s Pizza, Ellen's Stardust Cafe, plus cash stipends for breakfast each morning and stipend for lunch on Saturday January 17th.

5. Admission to two shows: one Broadway show, and one Opera show.

6. Two theater workshops with a Broadway actor.

7. Entrance to the Museum of Broadway and The Edge.

8. Time to walk through Chelsea Market, 9/11 Memorial, Hudson Yards, Chinatown, and Little Italy.

9.  The services of a tour conductor from Select Tours at all times at the destination to oversee the smooth operation of the tour

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Select Tours by Sabol and Associates at 151 Webster Mill Rd., Chichester, NH 03258. All documents, including tickets of any value, must be returned before any refund can be processed. The following cancellation charges are designed to discourage cancellation. However, the proceeds of the charges are used to offset increased per-person costs that result from a reduced number of passengers

1.  From signup until 120 days before departure (September 18, 2025) the cancellation charge is 25% of full price ($451.25)

2.  At 119 days before departure (September 19, 2025), the cancellation charge increases to 50% of full price ($902.50)

3.  At 90 days before departure (October 18, 2025), the cancellation charge increases to 75% of full price ($1,353.75)

4.  At 60 days before departure (November 17, 2025), the cancellation charge increases to 100% of full price ($1,805.00 or according to the pricing schedule.)

Credit Card Payments:

A processing fee of 2% to 3.9% will be applied to all credit transactions.

ACH Transfers:

No fees apply—ACH remains the most cost-effective payment method
