The Agent will provide the Client with the following tour items, which make up the package:

1. Roundtrip airfare from Dallas Fort Worth, TX to New York airport (LGA or Newark)

2. Luxury motorcoach transportation starting from arrival in New York to the hotel in Times Square on June 10, 2027. Return from Times Square to the airport on June 14, 2027, including drivers' tips.

3. Four nights' accommodations at the Sheraton Times Square

4. Meals include dinner at Carmines, John’s Pizza, and one breakfast at the hotel.

5. Admission to the Radio City Music Hall, three Broadway shows, and Museum of Broadway

6. OMNY subway pass

7. The WeTravel payment online program for all participants

Cancellation charges: Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Select Tours by Sabol and Associates at 151 Webster Mill Rd., Chichester, NH 03258. All documents, including tickets of any value, must be returned before any refund can be processed.

The following cancellation charges are designed to discourage cancellation. However, the proceeds of the charges are used to offset increased per-person costs that result from a reduced number of passengers (e.g. fewer passengers to cover the cost of motorcoach transportation).

1.  From signup until 120 days before departure (February 10, 2027) the cancellation charge is 25% of full price ($594.50)

2.  At 119 days before departure (February 11, 2027), the cancellation charge increases to 50% of full price ($1,178.00)

3.  At 90 days before departure (March 12, 2027), the cancellation charge increases to 75% of full price ($1,783.50)

4.  At 60 days before departure (April 11, 2027), the cancellation charge increases to 100% of full price ($2,378.00 or according to the pricing schedule.)

Credit Card Payments:

A processing fee of 2% to 3.9% will be applied to all credit transactions.

ACH Transfers:

No fees apply—ACH remains the most cost-effective payment method

1st payment due: July 20, 2026

2nd payment due: September 20, 2026

5th and final payment of the balance due: March 20, 2027
