3. Meals to include a full American breakfast each morning at the hotel, dinner at the Hard Rock Café, and Dinner at Casa Rio

4. Admission to Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Natural Bridge Caverns

5. Clinic pending approval

6. A performance at the Capitol set up by the choir director.
7. The services of a tour conductor from Select Tours at all times at the destination to oversee the smooth operation of the tour

Cancellation charges: Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Select Tours by Sabol and Associates at 151 Webster Mill Rd., Chichester, NH 03258. All documents, including tickets

of any value, must be returned before any refund can be processed.

The following cancellation charges are designed to discourage cancellation. However the proceeds of the charges are used to offset increased per-person costs that result from a reduced number of passengers (e.g.: fewer passengers to cover the cost of motorcoach transportation).

1.  From signup until 120 days before departure (November 5, 2026) the cancellation charge is 25% of full price ($132.00)

2.  119 days before departure (November 6, 2026), the cancellation charge increases to 50% of full price ($264.00)

3.  At 90 days before departure (December 5, 2026), the cancellation charge increases to 75% of full price ($396.00)

4.  60 days before departure (January 4, 2027), the cancellation charge increases to 100% of full price ($528.00 or according to the pricing schedule.

Credit Card Payments:

A processing fee of 2% to 3.9% will be applied to all credit transactions.

ACH Transfers:

No fees apply—ACH remains the most cost-effective payment method

2nd payment due: November 15th

3rd payment due: December 15th

Final payment of the balance due: January 7th
