The Agent will provide the Client with the following tour items, which make up the package:
1. Scheduled commercial jet transportation on American Airlines for all participants from the Dallas area to New LaGuardia airport and return, including passenger luggage fees
2. Luxury motorcoach transfers at the destination per the itinerary, and an unlimited NYC Metro pass for each individual
3. Three nights' accommodations at the Sheraton Hotel Times Square
4. Meals to include dinner at Ellen's Stardust Cafe and another dinner at a Times Square restaurant TBA, plus cash stipends for breakfast each morning
5. Admission to two Broadway shows  
6. Broadway Vocal Workshop with Q&A session with Broadway actor afterwards.
7. A tour of NBC Studios, a tour of Radio City Music Hall, admission to the Museum of Broadway, and a Statue of Liberty cruise
 8. A visit to see the panoramic view of NYC from the Edge and sing a concert there as well

Cancellation charges: Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Select Tours by Sabol and Associates at 151 Webster Mill Rd., Chichester, NH 03258. All documents, including tickets of any value, must be returned before any refund can be processed. The following cancellation charges are designed to discourage cancellation. However, the proceeds of the charges are used to offset increased per-person costs that result from a reduced number of passengers (e.g.: fewer passengers to cover the cost of motorcoach transportation).

1.  From signup until 120 days before departure (December 31, 2025) the cancellation charge is 25% of full price ($486.75)

2.  At 119 days before departure (January 1, 2026), the cancellation charge increases to 50% of full price ($973.50)

3.  At 90 days before departure (January 30, 2026), the cancellation charge increases to 75% of full price ($1,460.25)

4.  At 60 days before departure (March 1, 2026), the cancellation charge increases to 100% of full price ($1,947.00 or according to the pricing schedule.)

Credit Card Payments:

A processing fee of 2% to 3.9% will be applied to all credit transactions.

ACH Transfers:

No fees apply—ACH remains the most cost-effective payment method

2nd payment due: December 1st
